Thank you to the Maryland Federation of Art for organizing the submission process and thanks and deep gratitude to the Eastport Yacht Club Lights Parade for selecting Eva Barsin's piece as the winner! It was fun to celebrate all the talented artists. Each work was truly beautiful!
