An Annapolis Holiday tradition is the unveiling of the EYC’s Lights Parade Poster! Cindy Fletcher-Holden is the artist for 2018. She embodies the spirit of our community being an active boat name painter which she captures in this years theme. She and her husband have lived on their sail boat for the past 30 years and have sailed to Europe and Africa. Check her out at http://fletcherart.net/

Joe Barsin is proud to be the creative director of this project, part of the team to select the artist and manage production of apparel and note cards featuring the artist's work.
